| Anotation | The aim of this project is to identify the factors behind the distribution of specific activities in families in the Moravian-Silesian Region, i.e. how specific activities related to caring for multiple generations are divided in families in the so-called sandwich constellation. The project will focus on understanding how family members divide activities that require caring for aging parents and their own children at the same time. The research will look at how activities such as providing emotional support, practical care for the elderly and children, health and financial security are distributed within the family. The aim is to find out how family members agree on the division of these activities, what factors influence this division and what measures can help to optimize the coordination of activities and alleviate the overall burden. |
