AnotationThe main aim of the project is to create and verify a concept of neuropalliative and rehabilitative care for patients with selected neurological diseases in an advanced stage of the disease. Further, to evaluate bio-psychosocial and spiritual needs of these patients and their carers in relation to the QoL using created standardized tools. The aims of the project will be met by the triangulation of research methods. A new concept of care and assessment tools will be developed by analyzing interviews and focus groups. Using quantitative analysis we will assess the effect of an intervention provided on the saturation of needs, QoL and quality of care.
