AnotationDefining and measuring quality of life in nursing was influenced by psychological approaches, presented a construct of subjective well-being (SWB) and medical application, the concept of Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL). It will be a longitudinal study, which will be defined intervals (after 6 and 12 months) to evaluate the relationship between the observed variables, to investigate the relationships between SWB, HRQoL and health perception in patients with asthma. The aim is to confirm with simple and routine clinical practice applicable methods of correlation between objective and subjective (perception of health and quality of life / subjective well-being) criteria for asthma control. The inclusion of subjective quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma in the overall evaluation of their clinical status and effect of treatment carried out. Check the discriminant validity of subjective well-being and quality of life associated with bronchial asthma by analyzing the relationships examined constructs and selected clinical variables. Research will be conducted on the pulmonary clinic at the University Hospital in Ostrava-Poruba. For data collection will be used standardized questionnaires 3 - Test of asthma control, Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire, a shortened version (MiniAQLQ) Personal Wellbeing Index. They will be monitored by objective criteria of asthma control (spirometry, use of rescue therapy ...). Data will be statistically processed. (MS Excel 2003, SPSS 16.0). The research results will help the development of patient-centered care and help improve nursing activities.
