| Anotation | The project follows up previous research activities and further expands their focus to include new fields in applied informatics. The main emphasis is placed on the development and practical application of methods of applied informatics, such as machine learning, soft computing methods, and virtual reality technologies, in solving current problems in the field of IT. The key objective of the project is to support the research activities of doctoral students. PhD students in the Applied Informatics degree program will be integrated into ongoing research carried out at the Department of Informatics and Computers (KIP). The project is divided into three work packages: WP1: Development and implementation of AI models for analysis and prediction WP2: Cooperation and security in the digital ecosystem of IoT and robotics WP3: Integrated data-driven optimization The results of the project build on the existing outputs of the research team members. The combination of applied informatics methods will enable synergy between the different approaches and expertise of individual team members within different domains. The set objectives are in line with the research focus of the Faculty of Science at the UO, specifically with the research direction of Artificial Intelligence for IT carried out at KIP. |
