AnotationThe planned professional excursion abroad will support 10 students in the Joint Degree NMgr. Stud. Social Work and Social Entrepreneurship program and 2 students from the NMgr. Stud. Social Work program from FSS OU, University of Ostrava /total of 12 students/ and 12 students from FH Campus Wien, who are studying master study programme ?Social Work and Social Economy?. During the foreign excursions they will deepen their knowledge and acquire new competences in the areas of: Intercultural Project Management, Social Economy, NGOs, Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development. During the excursion, the students will expand their theoretical knowledge on current topics of social policy in the Czech Republic, Austria in the context of the European Union. Planned lectures/workshops on selected professional topics during the excursion will be led by teachers to enable students to compare the acquired scientific knowledge with knowledge from the application sphere. In 2025, the IPSE/ICPM project will also focus on the inclusion of particularly vulnerable target groups of social work, such as homeless people, people in prisons, and also on supporting families with children in crisis situations. In the course of the lectures, the students will receive theoretical and practical information on setting up a support system for people in VTOS /in execution of imprisonment/, possibilities of social work and therapeutic support for people in VTOS and will have the opportunity to reflect on the basic principles of sensitive communication and respectful approach to vulnerable groups.
