Anotation	The project aims to design, develop, and validate a personalized online educational platform focused on enhancing librarians' digital literacy. The platform will utilize adaptive learning and microlearning principles to deliver educational content tailored to individual learning styles. The content, created as short interactive lessons, will be based on a defined competency framework for librarians' digital literacy and reflect the practical needs of the target group.
