AnotationRationing nursing care is one of the new phenomena that appear in the environment of clinical practice in nursing. It is based on limited or insufficient resources that are further subdivided: personnel, material or time. Nurses are therefore led to implicitly allocate nursing care to patients (Jarošová, 2018). Such care has a negative impact on patient outcomes (hospital infections, unwanted events, satisfaction) as well as the results of nurses. The aims of the research work are focused on finding out the incidence of rationing nursing care and related working environment of nurses in clinical nursing practice. Data will be collected by two standardized PIRNCA and RPPE tools with 500 hospital nurses. Project outputs will be used, among other things, as feedback for hospital management and subsequent recommendations and measures that can mitigate the negative impact of rationing nursing care.
