| Anotation | This project will be focused on ethological and evolutionary processes that form the behaviorally-ecological aspects, the structure of populations, gene flow and the interspecies hybridization in studied groups of vertebrates. The ethological part will use the methods of direct observation and acoustic manifestation, while the evolutionary processes will be studied by genetic and genomic methods using multilocus markers. This project is divided into three topics that follow the previous scientific activities of research teams and that meet the requirements of doctoral themes of all proposers. These topics are a) population biology of highly mobile mammals, b) reproductive strategies in hybrid systems of fish, c) suckling and allosuckling behaviour in several species of Caprinae. |
