Anotation	The project is composed of three thematic fields: molecular biology, microbiology and plant genetics. The molecular-biological part will be focused on the phenomenon of extreme longevity in selected representatives of the animal kingdom (Animalia) at the bioinformatics and laboratory level. The aim of the microbiological part will be monitoring the influence of selected antibiotics on the presence of resistant bacteria in biofilms in wastewater. Plant genetics will be focused on the optimization of the molecular barcoding and evaluation of genes involved in opioid synthesis in Papaver somniferum at the laboratory level and using bioinformatics tools.
