Anotation	The number of patients suffering from ischemic lower limb disease is increasing. Our goal, as vascular surgeons or intervention angiologists, is to ensure that in indicated patients we perform the highest quality arterial reconstruction. Despite all our efforts, patency of the reconstructions is not always 100% and patients are further at risk of amputation of the limb. Our goal will be to determine predictive occlusion factors of surgical and endovascular treatment from routine examinations, to identify patients with a worse prognosis and help them find more "tailored" treatment.
