AnotationAging involves many involutional changes, including a decrease in bone mass. With loss of bone density, the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis increases. With reduced bone density, the number of fractures increases, causing further problems. Based on the study of the available literature, it is possible to assume that impact movement activity has an effect on bone parameters. Among these movement activities is a run that has impacts and subsequent reflections. Running is currently one of the activities associated with a healthy lifestyle. But it is a question of whether it has a positive effect on bone parameters. Existing studies on this subject differ in their results. With this project, it should be possible to provide a sufficient sample of probands to determine the level of bone parameters depending on gender and age. Generally speaking, the proposed project can help us to determine the level of bone parameters of the runners in relation to age and gender. The study could help expand the knowledge about physical activity, age, gender and bone parameters. On the basis of the findings, it could be possible to compare with the normal population. A more detailed description of the project is attached as a document.
