Anotation	The proposed project is devoted to two important and closely associated areas of fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic, namely, cardinality of fuzzy sets and fuzzy quantifiers. Although, both theories are very extensively elaborated in the classical theories (set theory and generalized quantifier theory), insufficient attention is devoted to them in fuzzy mathematics. Past and also recent research is focused on particular realizations with respect to applications than a systematic treatment of their theories. Therefore, the main goal of this project is to continue systematic investigation of both theories. The obtained results should contribute to the development both of the cardinal theory for fuzzy sets as well as the fuzzy quantifier theory.
