Organisational Structure of the UO Strategic Plan 2026+
The organisational structure of the preparatory team for the UO Strategic Plan 2026+ was designed to reflect the diversity of the academic community as fully as possible and to enable the involvement of a range of staff and students across the university.
A steering committee comprising the university’s management and the heads of all its constituent parts, together with five thematic working groups, plays a key role in the entire process. These working groups focus on areas such as high-quality teaching, research excellence, social responsibility and communication, internationalisation and human resources development, and infrastructure and technology.
The established structure promotes open dialogue, interdisciplinary collaboration and the sharing of experience across the university. The entire process is coordinated and overseen by the Vice-Rector for Strategy and Development and the team of the representatives of the UO Faculties and the Institute of Fuzzy Modeling.
