The course is aimed at providing basic communication skills for general medicine students in crisis situations using the Crisis Resource Management (CRM) method. Students will learn the principles of effective communication and teamwork within the medical environment. Crisis communication skills are important for effective resolution of emergency situations and contribute to patient safety. The course content includes analysis of communication strategies, identification of risk situations and practical exercises through model simulations. Participants will gain practical skills for effective communication, coordination of activities and decision-making in difficult conditions of stress and time pressure in the medical environment. - Understanding the principles of crisis communication: The student identifies the key principles of effective communication in crisis situations in the medical environment. - Developing skills in crisis communication: The student applies the principles of crisis communication in model situations. - Maintaining the communication loop: The student maintains the communication loop to ensure complete and effective transfer of information between members of the medical staff team. - Improving teamwork skills: The student is familiar with team roles, effectively distributes workload, and adheres to CRM principles. - Reflection and self-reflection: The course will allow students to reflect on their communication skills, identify strengths and areas for improvement.
