The course, Holiday Professional Practice, is designed as a practical course. The professional practice will be conducted according to a practical teaching plan in collaboration with a mentor from clinical practice who is a qualified professional in his/her field and has appropriate training for the teaching role. The students will undertake their practice in the neonatal unit.
Objectives:
Students will become familiar with the structure of secondary care and learn to assess the overall condition of women in terms of providing individual nursing care. They will also learn basic nursing skills.
