Annotation:
The aim of the subject is active communication in the German language (listening, reading comprehension, speaking and writing) with correct pronunciation, the ability to express one's own opinion and to take a stand with a view of the actual topic. Students will widen their vocabulary in the area of different topics - family, living, sport, seasons, customs in comparison with Germany and the Czech Republic. Students learn also to look up literature and electronic sources and the following elaboration of information and the practical use and analysis of current German, Austrian, and Swiss newspapers, eventually videos of journalistic and documentary programmes.
