Anotation	Hyperlipidemia, as one of the most common metabolic diseases occurring in the population, is one of the main risk factors for atherosclerosis. The first choice in the therapy of hyperlipidemia are statins, which are among the most frequently prescribed drugs in this indication. The project will consist of a retrospective analysis of the relationship between measured serum concentrations of conventional statins (atorvastatin, rosuvastatin) and both the therapeutic effect (lipidogram) and adverse effects (liver and kidney function, muscle enzyme concentrations in the blood). The main goal of the project will be to optimize and individualize the therapy of hyperlipidemia using therapeutic drug monitoring.
