Job description
- teamwork on the development of new methods for the detection, separation, and quantification of biochemically significant molecules using nanostructured materials (nanoparticles, porous materials),
- preparing and implementing research projects, including cooperation with international partners,
- transferring research results into practice, including their commercialization through patents, spin-off companies, and other activities,
- possible involvement in teaching biochemically and bioanalytically oriented subjects.
Qualification requirements – required
- third-level university degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or related field,
- ability to communicate in English (minimum level B2),
- practical experience with the operation, maintenance, and basic servicing of HPLC-MS systems (experience with Q-TOF MS systems is an advantage),
- experience with the creation, optimization, and implementation of HPLC-MS methods, especially in the field of biomacromolecules,
- verifiable publication activity in the field of qualitative/quantitative analysis of biomolecules using mass spectrometry,
- in-depth knowledge of one of the following areas of research: targeted MS proteomic analysis, non-targeted MS proteomic analysis, MS analysis of oligonucleotides, MS lipidomics.

Information about the selection procedure
The first round of the selection procedure will take place in the form of an assessment of the submitted materials. Only selected applicants will be invited to the second round.
The Dean of the Faculty is entitled to cancel the selection procedure or not to select any of the applicants without giving a reason.
