Job description
- guaranteeing and teaching in bachelor′s and follow-up master′s degree programs
- supervising and defending university qualification theses
- membership in state final examination committees for bachelor′s and follow-up master′s degree programs
- leadership and participation in the department′s research projects
- publishing activities in the field
- participation in international cooperation
- participation in the organizational support of research activities, teaching activities and the operation of the workplace
Qualification requirements – required
- university degree in social work or related disciplines
- award of the academic title Ph.D. in the doctoral study program Social Work or a related field
- active teaching, research and publication activities in the field (publications listed in Web of Science are welcome)
- knowledge of English at level B2
- knowledge of the Czech language at level C1
- communication and organizational skills
- independence, ability to work in a team
The expected form of employment
- 40 – 80% (according to agreement)

- March 1, 2026

Information about the selection procedure
The first round of the selection procedure will take place without the presence of the candidates by means of an assessment of the submitted materials by the selection committee.
The Dean of the Faculty of Social Studies reserves the right to invite only selected candidates to a personal meeting. It also reserves the right not to select any candidate. The selection procedure may be shortened, cancelled or repeated at the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty.
