International Summer Academy of Chamber Music Ostrava 2022

June 21 – June 24, 2022

The first edition of the International Summer Academy of Chamber Music Ostrava 2022 will open its doors to students of conservatories and music colleges, teachers at conservatories and elementary art schools and the general music public. The main mission of the summer academy should be to bring young musicians together in a creative international music environment now and in the future. In addition to intensive chamber music instruction, participants will be able to enjoy the tutors and the final concert of the course participants.

Chamber Play – active participant
1.900 CZK, (2-3 lessons of 60 minutes)

Please send the application form in PDF format to the email address by May 31, 2022. The course fee also has to be paid for by May 31, 2022.

If a whole chamber ensemble is applying, each member must fill in an individual application form.

The requested data is processed according to the"Privacy policy".

Recommended repertoire

J. S. Bach, J. K. Vaňhal, J. Haydn, W. A. Mozart, L. van Beethoven, Ant. Dvořák, P. I. Tchaikovsky, B. Martinů, etc.

Listening in lessons – in your free time you can of course come to any lesson and listen to your colleagues play. It will certainly be interesting to observe the pedagogical activity of all the lecturers from the position of a listener. The schedule of lessons with the studied pieces will be public.

Note: Accommodation and meals have to be arranged by the participant.
