Annotation:Although the course is aimed at the Czech language, at the beginning it is taught in English (B1 language level is required). The aim of the course KCJ/0CECN (Czech for Foreigners 1) is to make foreign students acquainted with the basic Czech grammar (gender, present and past tenses, nominative and accusative forms of nouns and adjectives, adverbs, numerals), common vocabulary and phrases useful for everyday communication. At the end of this course, students should be able to write a short text like a letter and CV and to fill in an application form as well. This course is arranged just for foreign university students which do not have any previous experience in Czech language.
