Anotation	The project "Prodigy "Big Business" in Austrian Silesia before WW I" wants follow the development of big business (concerns of the industrial secondary sector with more than 1 000 employees) in Austrian Silesia before the year 1914 according to following criterions: 1. Property and legal relationship, it means a time of foundation, locality of foundation, an origin of founder (regional and social) and so on. 2. The growth of internal and external expansion (according to Marxist terminology accumulation and centralisation) - vertical integration - diversification - investment in foreign countries - concentration 3. the development of owner´s structure - owner´s structer and strategy of growth - owner´s structer and growth of entrepreneurship
