Anotation	This research deals with job satisfaction of teachers in deferent types of schools in the Czech Republic. The psychological dimension of job satisfaction of teachers as an important factor for their professional motivation and quality of life will be examined. The subject is very pertinent with respect to contemporary problems, of the teaching occupation in our country.
