Annotation:The aim of the course is to develop student´s competencies in the field of real estate market analysis by application of geographical and interdisciplinary knowledge in the very differentiated real estate market. Student gains in the lessons and lectures necessary knowledge for the elaboration of Report in a particular segment of real estate such as land, building land, residential, office, retail, industrial, mixture and leisure. The elaboration of the Analytical report (for a particular client) is based on data gained by quantitative (statistical data and data from other sources) or qualitative methods (field survey, documentary analysis, questionnaire, interview). Student presents the report, in which he/she formulates an assessment of the situation in a particular segment of real estate market in a particular locality. The sense is the improvement of business decision of the client or formulation of recommendations for a developer (private sector or public sector).
