|From the point of view of changes in the Framework Educational Programs for Elementary Education, the growing requirements for the use of digital technologies in the educational process (but also outside it) and the associated requirements for the development of digital literacy, it is necessary to accurately diagnose the level of digital competence. Within the project, we want to focus primarily on diagnosing the affective dimension of digital competencies. We believe that this component is as important as the cognitive one that most authors focus on. From the point of view of evaluating the effectiveness of the mentioned measures concerning digital literacy and the possibility of identifying possible shortcomings in its development among various target groups and comparing them with each other, it is necessary to express the level of digital competence in summary.
