AnotationA volleyball spike is considered the most effective way to achieve victory in volleyball. Moreover, the shoulder joint is exposed to a large musculoskeletal load during frequent spiking. Therefore, the effective development of the kinematics movement pattern with muscle activity are important aspects for players, coaches and physiotherapists to know. The proposed project deals with a combination of increasing performance and preventing shoulder joint injuries during a volleyball spike.
