AnotationThe project is divided into three subprojects, their common denominator is the preparation of new, promising materials and their application possibilities. Two of these subprojects deal with the preparation of carbonaceous materials. One of them is focused on the preparation of graphitic carbon nitride g-C3N4, or on the combination of this material with polycarboxylic acids. The second subproject is aimed at the preparation of porous carbon monoliths from cellulose. The use of these materials lies in traditional areas such as adsorption or catalysis, as well as relatively new ones, such as electromobility. Catalysis, resp. photocatalysis are important and used technological procedures, however, as topics, they are given minimal attention in teaching in schools. A third, didactically focused subproject is dedicated to this area.
