| Anotation | The aim of the project is to develop a Methodology for optimizing the setting of community planning of social services at the municipal level by means of responsive evaluation mechanisms. This objective will be fulfilled with three sub-objectives in the case study of the City of Ostrava: 1. evaluation of the setting of the process of community planning of social services in Ostrava and setting of recommendations; 2. piloting of the set recommendations within the process of community planning of social services and creation of background analysis in the city of Ostrava; 3. optimization of process setting methodologies and evaluation of the impact of community planning in Ostrava.
