| Anotation | Abstrakt anglicky The goal of this proposal is to understand the role leishmaniaviruses are playing in trypanosomatid parasites, with a specific focus on Leishmania infection. We propose to explore the diversity of these viruses and infer evolutionary relationships between them, identify host factors facilitating viral replication and maintenance, and gain insight into the molecular mechanisms, governing interactions between RNA viruses and flagellates from the structural biology side. |
