| Anotation | In this work, we will apply modern NGS techniques to several biological systems. In particular, we will explore several aspects of the trypanosomatids' biology (projects led by Doc. Yurchenko, Ph.D), population anthropogenetics (a project in the Dr. Flegontov laboratory), and analyze evolution of the mitochondrial genetic code in Sphaeropleales (a project in the Doc. Elias, Ph.D. laboratory). |
