AnotationThis project partially continues on the previous SGS ?Image processing using soft-computing methods? and further includes new research domains with emphasis on data preprocessing. The main topics of the project are dimension reduction, detection tasks, concepts of the closeness and study of neural networks. The dimension reduction is often being associated with detection tasks and detection task with concepts of the closeness, therefore, proposed project focuses on sub-problems such as setting closeness forms and parameters, clustering, segmentation, non-local operators, complex networks, the performance of convolutional neural networks and training data generation. The goal of the project is not to only advance theoretical methods, but to create practical, application solutions as well. The project?s results are going to be presented at home and at international conferences.
