| Anotation | The inspiration to the formulation of the research plan of the SGS project was to analyze the current problems of teacher professions characterized by, among others, low attractiveness for the younger generation.The target of the project are development of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit for music teachers with an eye to to create potential preconditions for changes in study programs, more precisely (saying) enriching them with courses or modules designed to develop those competencies.The research project is aimed at verifying the contribution of these courses to the formation of these competencies and ultimately in formulating the conclusion towards changing the composition of the obligatory (according to the new accreditation) subjects and in the concept of teaching an active, inspiring and forming sense for beautiful music and stimulating to creative activity. Both competences can help teachers to realize various music events which can grow to the level of artistic, creative business. An ASTEE for the age cohort will be used to diagnose the development of entrepreneurship. |
