AnotationFootball is one of the world?s most popular sport, which is, according to the most recent information and research, played regularly by approximately 250 million people around the world and roughly 600 thousand in the Czech Republic. One of the important weapons of a player are his legs and the football boots which go with it. Even though football is such a popular sport, there is not much research done on the topic of football footwear. But even the design of the shoe can alter the performance of the player during a match. In this day and age, the biggest requirement when choosing new football boots is good stability, traction and weight. On the other hand, the health aspect is often overlooked. The presented project is going to consist of two separate parts, which are going to take interest in the effects of football boots on the biomechanics of the individual segments of the lower extremities in players in the ages of 14 to 15, according to the type of the boots. The first part of the research is going to focus on the kinematics and kinetics of the lower limb during the kick with different types of football boots. The second part is going to examine in which ways is the change of kinematic and kinetic parameters going to influence lower limb loading. The output of this project should be a warning to possible risks connected with using of different soccer shoes.
