|Soft-templated porous carbonaceous materials from liquefied wood|
|Main solver||doc. RNDr. Václav Slovák, Ph.D.|
|Periodr||1/2018 - 12/2019|
|Anotation||1. Valorisation of waste wood as raw material for carbonaceous material production.
2. Liquefaction of model wood mixture and real wood samples to liquid precursor suitable for next polycondensation.
3. Preparation of mesoporous carbon materials from liquefied wood samples using polycondensation with soft-templating method and subsequent carbonisation.
The objectives will be achieved by sharing the experience of both collaborating laboratories - Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Ostrava (OU) and the Institute of Material Science of Mulhouse (IS2M) University of Upper-Alsace, Mulhouse) in France. In particular, experience from the previous project ?Soft-templated carbon gels" (7AMB16FR050) will be exploited.
