AnotationThe aim of the project is to determine the optimal range of immunochemical methods are valuable for the classification of dysplasia (precancerous) cervical and show their use in histopathological diagnosis. In the investigation file will be verified whether the proposed scale of immunochemical methods sufficient to establish an accurate diagnosis and they have tracked markers predictive value. After reviewing cytology specimens will be provided for cytological diagnosis verified by histological examination. The cytological and histological preparations will be monitored by the expression of p16 protein. This protein is an indicator of chronic HPV infection, which plays a key role in the etiology of cervical cancer. Immunochemical examination of p16 protein is accompanied by other markers to refine the nature of the lesion and classification dysplazie.Navrhovaný project addresses an important area of cancer prevention, including early and accurate detection of dysplastic changes using immunochemical test that is necessary to determine the exact diagnosis.
