AnotationThe project aims to create life-long supply of medical personnel Moravian-Silesian Region at Ostrava University Faculty of Health Studies (Faculty of Medicine from 2010 / 2011). The project will be created complex processing of the 24 courses offer life-long learning for medical (non-medical) staff, which will be processed training methodology, syllabus, teaching materials and learning support and accreditation processes will be implemented courses. The project aims to enhance the offer of further training for health workers, raising awareness about the possibilities of lifelong learning and increasing access to lifelong learning for healthcare professionals who work in the Region. The objectives will be achieved by creating a Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Ostrava workers for medical personnel ? LLL (Lifelong Learning) Jesenius and the creation of new degree courses, including their accreditation under the lifelong education of medical personnel. Courses will be conducted by experts from medical practice - with teaching experience and will be implemented (in the pilot testing period also sustainability) in the place where the target group or a reasonable distance from the place of residence or directly to individual departments of healthcare facilities.
