| Anotation | The project "František Hrubínś Creative Personality and the Changes in the Context of Czech Literature during the Twentieth Century" is based especially on becoming familiar with literary remains stored in the LA PNP since 1996. The project also involves co-operation between the applicant and specialists from the LA PNP and the Středisko literárněvědných informací of the Institutefor Czech Literature AV ČR. It is predicted that the project will involve the preparation of a catalogue of all available sources concerning František Hrubín and his work, the preparation of a new edition of his works, both poetic and in prose (in connection to handwritten source material from the literatury remains) and the preparation of a volume of his letters, which form a notable part of the remains. This phase of the project will form a sound basis for the applicant¨s studies and for the work of other researchers. If the project is approved for five years, it will then focus on producing a monograph of František Hrubín on the basis of familiarity with the source material, an assessment of the form of the author¨s work, cultural, literary-historical and poetological relations between the author and his writings. |
