Anotation	The main aim othe project is to design effective usage of information and communication technologies for communication with children with autistic disorder. It focuses also to the Down´s syndrome, mental retardation and other growing defects, which cause handicapped children obstacles learning spoken natural language. The project bases on the knowledge of the communication system PECS (The Picture Exchange Communication System) and also methodology named "Exchange picture system", that is used on some czech special schools.
