Technicians

Technical and Service Support

The CIT technicians, as a part of the Customer Care Department, provide technical and service support to end users of computer technology owned by the University of Ostrava. They also provide administration and maintenance services in the computer classrooms and study rooms.

In case of any problems with computer technology in a classroom or study room of the University of Ostrava, it is possible to contact the technicians at  and , or use contact information at  portal.osu.cz/cit/technici.
