Annotation:The course aims to acquaint students with the historical development of Great Britain. It will be organized and taught chronologically. Students understand the complexity of historical events and processes, including their causes and consequences. Discussion is an important part of the course. While discussing, students develop the skill of analyzing and interpreting historical events. They apply these new skills while interpreting analogous events in other countries and periods.
