| Annotation: | The objective of the course in a management and quality of nursing care is to familiarize students with the fundamental management in nursing care in Czech Republic, outline the various areas of management issues with which the students will encounter in the future, describe the nature of managerial work roles, functions, activities and managerial properties, managerial development stages, management responsibilities, skills and requirements, leadership styles, orientation in the needed managerial information. Get information about the organizational culture, communication, ethics. Get information about the quality of nursing care: audit, standardization, indicators and unwanted health care events. |
