| Annotation: | The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with theories of physical fitness development, their peculiarities in different target groups. The student will also become familiar with methods of diagnosing physical abilities, including statistical evaluation. Requirements to complete the course: The overall assessment is based on the Study and Examination Regulations of the University of Ostrava and consists of the sum of the points obtained during the semester, the theoretical test and attendance at lectures, seminars and exercises (100-51 points (E) "credited"; 50-0 points (F) "failed"). 1. Active attendance at lectures and tutorials 0 - 25 points 2. Written preparation of a term paper 0 - 25 points 3. Presentation of the semester assignment - 0 - 25 points |
