Annotation:The goal of this course is to introduce students to area of digital photography, photography gear and other technical devices, which is used when creating photos. Students will learn how the exposure works - the combination of shutter speed, aperture and ISO, and they will be able to set correct exposure on any digital cameras, which provides manual exposure settings. They will also learn how Depth of field and perspective can drastically change mood of picture. External flash will be used as a fill light and also as a main (key) light. All pictures will be then edited in Adobe Photoshop. Students will learn how to do global adjustments (white balance, exposure, saturation, removing chromatic aberration) very easily in Adobe Camera RAW. In portrait retouching they will learn how to use retouching tools, layers, masks, filters to make those picture better than snapshots from compact camera or mobile device.
