| Annotation: | The student gains an overview of interpersonal and intercultural communication, especially with foreigners speaking Russian. Emphasis is also placed on the non-verbal component of communication. Knowledge of etiquette necessary for performing a profession at the middle management level, especially in the profession of interpreter and tourist guide, is deepened. |
