Annotation:The course is to result at quality performance of chamber musical composition with emphasis on high artistic level, maturity in expression and ability to achieve flawless ensemble coordination. As course progresses, ability to artistically grow in subtle coordination within ensamble is sought, alongside with strive for mastery in overall musical expression, articulation and rhytmic feelings, intonation and balanced sound of the ensemble. Repertoire is selected as to suit the ensemble members´ composition. Students of Wind, String and Keyboard Instruments Departments regulary partake at lessons and when needed, students of Vocal Department engage in cooperation. Requirements: Performance of selected repertoire at commissional exam in front of examination committe or faculty concert performance. Content: Individual seminars´ detailed content is based on selected repertoire . Repertoire´s selection takes in account ensemble composition and seeks creative inputs of all ensemble members. Sonatas, duos, trios or quartets of all style periods are included. Study of chamber works of Viennese classical composers as Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven and works of Czech master composers as Smetana, Dvořák, Janáček and Martinů are highly recommended.
