| Annotation: | In this term, the student focuses on levels of meaning of the artwork and its material forms. He/she actively takes part in the program of the studio gallery Kabinet 217, which serves as an art laboratory and platform for future exhibition projects. The student can articulate his/her artistic vision based on art examples ranging from archaic up to the present, thus developing his/her authentic art form. This framework strongly bids the student to think conceptually and thus prioritize the message of art, e.g., in a public space. He/she learns to interpret a work of art as another manifestation how to stand for the artistic mission. Digital technologies are used when working with painting and with other intermedial procedures. |
