The course is conceived as a theoretical-practical unit. It is focused on the
description and provision of first aid in traumatic and non- traumatic injuries
swith the highest incidence. The emphasis is placed on states, that threaten vital functions and subsequent cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The practical part of the course is taught in a practical course, containing first aid practical training.
The aim of the course is to provide the students with sufficient theoretical knowledge in the field of the first aid, according to the latest recommended procedures and to create sufficient fundamental knowledge for follow-up practical exercises.
