| Anotation | The aim of this project is to develop a modern diagnostic method for differential diagnosis of cardiomyopathy associated with cardiotoxicity of cytostatic treatment in oncological patients based on molecular-genetic approaches (Two tailed PCR, NGS). The principle is the measurement of the panel of specific microRNA by the Two-tailed PCR method in combination with the identification of single nucleotide polymorphisms in selected genes using the NGS method. |
