Agenda
The agenda of the Center for Development and Innovation specifically includes the following activities:
- searching for and analyzing suitable calls for strategic projects for the University of Ostrava
- providing advisory and consulting services for those interested in submitting strategic projects for the university
- preparing applications for strategic projects
- securing and submitting project applications
- management of strategic international projects
- project and financial management
- reporting and evaluation of implemented projects
- coordination of project audits and controls
- administration of inquiries in the area of project support
- supervision to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards
- creation of internal standards related to project management
- organization of training and consultations on project management
- administration of the IS EVID project database
- cooperation in the creation of university strategies
- sharing good practices with universities in the Czech Republic
