This position is filled in accordance with the conditions of the Life Environment Research Center Ostrava (LERCO, reg. no. CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003) project, Research Program 1 Molecular Biology and Genomics.
Job description
- Analyzing genetic structure and migrations of ancient humans in Eurasia;
- Other ongoing projects in the Laboratory of archaeogenetics, such as testing and improvement of analytical methods such as PCA and manifold learning;
- Teamwork with other members of the laboratory.
Qualification requirements – required
- Third-level university degree in biology, bioinformatics, or a related field;
- Ability to communicate in English (minimum level B2);
- Research experience in archaeogenetics (at least two years).

- 100 % (or by agreement)

- 1 May 2026 (or by agreement)
